In other news, I've been tackling Blender again, and FINALLY. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN LIKE 13 YEARS IT'S ACTUALLY CLICKING FOR ME. This is my 8th time re-learning it.

I wanted to learn 3D to aid in animation for my webcomic stuff and now I actually feel prepared to do things. I might be able to tackle the 3D requirements I wanted help with myself now. (I may opt instead to hire a background artist to help with that, using the 3D layouts/cameras I get as a guide for them. That'd be efficient.)

Also Raft is a fun game.

Currently I'm looking for a 3D artist or setpiece. I need a sort of arena for a fight scene that takes place in a construction site. It doesn't need to be detailed or even textured, as I plan to use this mostly to help with layout for when I draw BGs, but I do need a 3D file that I can manipulate in blender to get camera angles / help with storyboarding via the grease pencil. Many elements can just be represented as simple blocks or polygons if need be, it still would work for me.

If you're interested, feel free to share with me samples of your work, ask questions, and share your rates.

In other news I've fallen back into the ARK hellhole. I hate this game so much why do I keep playing it.

With that all done, I have returned to working on PV02! The next update is ready, but I wanna get a bit of a backlog ready before I return.

I have a lot of stuff I need to work on for PV02 overall.

In other news, I had a very productive month. Got a lot of art and pieces done.

Which reminds me, I have an animation for Halloween! That'll be up tomorrow.

Hacked 3 is now fully public! It's posted to my video feed. Do note that it is an 18+ animation!

I'm so glad it's finally released. There were a lot of pitfalls and miscalculations in development, I set the scope too big, and during the middle of it I kinda had a mental breakdown regarding my art, etc. I'm doing better now.

In other news, I'm working on some contract tutorial work which has me a bit preoccupied. It's going fairly well, and I'm eager to finish it.

PV02 will be returning soon, probably sometime next month, when the contract work is finished (or nearly finished). I want to get a few updates done ahead of time so I have some flexibility in releases.

First up, the finale for chapter 7 of PV02 is now out! https://www.pv02comic.com/

With this, I'm gonna take a bit of time off from the comic to get caught up on other things and prepare for chapter 8. Thank you to all who've stuck with me as readers so far.

Curly Brace: Hacked 3 has part 1 out for patrons! I'm gonna be splitting this animation into 2 or 3 parts so I can get it out a bit easier, and it's made management so much simpler. Patrons can view it here, and pledging $5 or more will get you in the credits for part 2! I'm excited to finally get it out and done.

Lastly, I've been contracted to make an official tutorial series for Clip Studio Paint's animation tools, so I'll be starting work on that this week!
